My classes are athletic and deeply intentional. These classes are also designed for those underserved by mainstream "wellness."
Private sessions
Private virtual sessions are tailored entirely to you — your body, your goals, your practice. Each 60-minute session can be a full flowing sequence or focused work on a specific area. You choose; E designs.

Group classes
Group classes bring the full power of collective practice — the energy of a room full of bodies doing hard things together. E travels to you; location is agreed upon during the booking process.
