Tending to the body, to the spirit, to the mind.
An educator, yogi, and intuitive practitioner helping people and organizations find their most abundant and loving path — through somatic practice, scholarly rigor, and spiritual depth.

Who I am
I hold a PhD in Medical Sociology from Case Western Reserve University and a 200-hour RYT with the Yoga Alliance. I am a sociology professor, a power yoga teacher, a Reiki practitioner, and an intuitive — and I bring all of it into every engagement. My work is rooted in Black feminist epistemology, medical sociology, and a deep belief that the body is where transformation begins.
What I offer
Power yoga for individuals and groups — virtual and in-person. Athletic, demanding, and deeply intentional.
